We're getting a fair amount of legitimate email that's being blocked with
log entries like the following:
Apr-15-14 00:06:17 Limiting 198.2.129.48 connections to 5;
Apr-15-14 00:06:17 Limiting 198.2.129.48 connections to 5;
Apr-15-14 00:07:45 Limiting 204.239.0.233 connections to 5;
Apr-15-14 00:07:58 Limiting 148.251.55.125 connections to 5;

This appears to have been a problem sometime after ASSP version 1.99
(14079). These log entries started appearing right after we updated from
14079 to 14083 and have appeared in each version since.

Despite an extremely small code fix contribution I made to ASSP through
Fritz some years ago related to newlines in log files on Windows servers, I
don't really know PERL but in case it's helpful, I'm guessing that the
problem is related to $SMTPSession{$ipblock} or $SMTPSession($ip) not being
decremented when a remote server disconnects.
