Understood.  It's hard to find a bug when you can't reproduce it.

Ok, I've temporarily reverted back to 14079 and set MaxSMTPipSessions back
to 5 so we'll see how it goes.

While I'm in here whining about things which don't work the way I think they
should... is there any chance of getting more than 8 characters looked at
for the web interface password?  Since there's no login name associated with
it, it seems like a bit of an invitation for trouble.

Now that I've mentioned it, I should probably craft a Fail2Ban regex for
failed web interface logins to stop any brute-force attacks.  I haven't
noticed any yet, but I run the web interface on a different port than the
default.  Security through obscurity is actually effective in a limited
number of circumstances.
