Another two strange lines are the default country codes... Blocked countries includes suspicious countries (eg CL) and suspicious countries lists countries twice (eg CN and CL) CL then is listed 3 times.
I have attached mutually exclusive settings below in alphabetical order that would make more sense as the defaults.
