We are running ASSP version 2.4.1(14200) and one of our users asked me to
create an exception for his email address to allow a certain file type that
is normally blocked.

I created the exception listing both good-in and block-in using all lower
case extension names.

One of the good-in extensions was docx. Someone sent him an email w/ an
attached but it was DOCX all upper case. It was blocked. I updated his
UserAttach line to include both lower and upper case attachment names,
still blocked the upper case one.

Users not listed in the UserAttach file that follow the normal attaachment
blocking rules receive both docx and DOCX attachments.

Has this been addressed in a newer release?

Thanks,

JMG
