This only happens , if the ASSP_AFC plugin is not used. The next release will fix this. I created the exception listing both good-in and block-in using all lower case extension names. One of the good-in extensions was docx. Someone sent him an email w/ an attached but it was DOCX all upper case. It was blocked. I updated his UserAttach line to include both lower and upper case attachment names, still blocked the upper case one. Users not listed in the UserAttach file that follow the normal attaachment blocking rules receive both docx and DOCX attachments. Has this been addressed in a newer release?
