The next release will fix this issue - that a ssl-handshake error is
counted for the listener errors.

This is your problem! Run assp with root permission or use listeners above
port 1024.

It seems to be a repeatable denial of service -
10 of these

results in
2016-03-17 19:45:27 [Main_Thread] Error: got at least 10 accept errors
at listener 0.0.0.0:465 - assp is unable to renew the listener, because
we are not running as root - assp will skip processing this listener for
130 seconds from now
Which shuts down SSL listening completely - not for 130 seconds.
