Both mails are wrong encoded by the sender.
Both mails are missing the 'charset=....' definition in the 'Content-Type'
tag.
This definition can be omitted, if the decoded text contains only ASCII
characters (charset=ascii is the default and used if not specified),
but both mails contains ISO-8859-1 (OK) and UTF-8 (NOT OK) characters
(Umlaute).

this is nonsense. It is not made or modified by assp.

would be right for the OK mail - charset="UTF-8" for the NOT OK mail.
Some mail clients will show those mails some times correctly - some not,
some never - possibly some every time.
For example:
- clients with a default charset setting of UTF-8,UTF-16,UTF-32 ......
will show a wrong content for the OK mail.
- only clients with the default charset setting of ISO-8859-1,ISO-8859-2,
western europ, windows 1250 ... will show this mail correctly
and reverse
It may possible, that some mail servers will try to correct such mistakes
- than, the result may be unexpected wrong.
Assp will possibly not work as expected on wrong SMTP encodings. The
resend function simply forwards file content to a socket - these mails are
not processed by the assp-engine.

Recipient-replacement is not used.
I´ve added "append_at_myorigin = no" to the postfix config.
Attached another example, the correct one was resented from assp.

The charset conversion itself is fine (also for Subject:: and
Thread-Topic), but there is some content added : < and
@mx02.kirchhoff-group.com> and a space after the comma
Do you use the Recipient-Replacement feature?
please show the examples without using the charset conversion.

Hi all,
i have the problem that some polish e-mails, the special chars are not
display correctly. If I resend the e-mail from assp to the user, all
special chars are displayed correctly.
I tried to use the encoding option in assp, but I have still problems
iso-8859-2=>UTF-8|iso-8859-1=>UTF8
Any hints, what I can check or modify?
The attached encoding wrong.txt is the header is the original e-mail, the
encoding OK.txt was resend from asp to the user.
