What are your settings? Do you have TLS/SSL enabled? Are you requiring SSL/TLS for auth? (AUTHrequireTLS) May need to check the versions of SSL you are supporting. I would crank up logging, to verbose/debug, for connection, verify, user validation and any others that make sense. Really cannot have to much output from the problematic sender. Usually the logs will tell/show you what the problem is in more detail. Really need a lot more information both on your config, and log of what is happening when the email is rejected/denied. -- William L.
