Sorry for the lack of information with this post. Here is the missing 
information:

OS: Windows 2008 R2
Perl: Strawberry Perl (64-bit) v5.30.2
ASSP: Version 2.6.3 *SPAM-Evaporator* build 20002
Email Server: IBM/HCL Domino 9.0.1

I will make the changes to ASSP and review the logs to see if I can determine 
why I'm having these issues and report back my findings.
