Production Assistant Manager You will be responsible for managing Manufacturing Operations for an Automotive Parts / Component Manufacturing at an Automotive Tier 1 Company. Requirements: · Male, age between 30-40 years old, Moslem. · Hold min S1 at Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing · 10+ years experience in the Automotive Industry or manufacturing plant (as either a Operations/Production Assistant will be considered plus) · Must have with expertise in KANBAN and other contemporary Problem Solving and Efficiency Improvement techniques. · Must have Solid People Management Skills, exceptional communication skills. · Proven track record in the Automotive Industry, with knowledge of product launch. · Knowledge of PM - Preventative Maintenance, continuous improvements, training production personnel, developing maintenance procedures, and interfacing with skilled trades and engineering. · Solid and thorough understanding of Automotive Quality Procedures. · Strong leadership, hard worker, honest, Excellent in English both spoken & written HR Officer/Staff Requirements: · Male, Age between 20-30 years old, Moslem · Hold min D3 or S1, fresh graduate or having experience min 1 year at same position · Will be advanted if applicant having experience in HR/Personnel matters, (employee administration, recruitment, payroll, JAMSOSTEK, income tax art.21) legal matter (handling permit or license related with man power or employment) · Must have excellent computer skill of office application · Hard worker, honest, strong negotiator, English both spoken & written.
