Abu Azzam ----------------------------------------------------------------------- *VACANCY* To support Pokja Pengendali PNPM Mandiri in developing and managing a Data Warehouse, the office of Coordinating Ministry for People’s Welfare has requested 2 (two) additional Assistant for Data Management (Data Warehouse Consultant). *Tasks and Responsibilities* Working as an assistant to the Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at Pokja Pengendali in developing the Data Warehouse, the Assistant will be responsible for: a. Development of Data Warehouse 1. Support the process of data transformation and synchronization for database server for used by Pokja Pengendali to control PNPM Mandiri. 2. Support data coordination with PNPM implementing agencies and their consultants 3. To administer, develop, implement, and maintain the data warehouse system 4. Providing technical assistance to end users regarding data warehouse issues and problems. 5. Creating and documenting database tables, views, data elements, shared data rules, data marts, data cubes, and reports. 6. Performing data warehouse maintenance activities such as data warehouse backups, creating accounts and enforcing data warehouse security b. Data management 1. Routinely collect updated data from each PNPM program and update the data in the database server of Pokja Pengendali. 2. Provide up to date data to support various information needs of Pokja Pengendali 3. Database performance tuning & optimizing *Qualification* The consultant should have the following qualifications: 1. Minimum Diploma III Degree in Informatics Technique / Software Engineering; 2. Have a strong knowledge and skill in SQL Language, ETL processes, and data integration systems especially using Pentaho Data Integration and SQL Server 2008 will be advantage; 3. Have a strong knowledge and skill in Java Programming Language; 4. Good knowledge about data warehouse, data mart, cubes and OLAP concept; 5. Understand and experience with Access, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and/or SQL Server; 6. Minimum 2 years experience in data management and monitoring activities; 7. Well-organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks; 8. Ability to concentrate and pay attention to details; 9. Well-developed communications and inter-personal skills; 10. Ability to exercise initiative and judgment in performing daily tasks and projects; 11. Self-motivated and highly organized professional; 12. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously; 13. Fluency in English; 14.
