ping! ... is there any patch for this issue ? I'm more or less done
with tracking down issues around l10n and i18n we hit and it seems
they are (almost) all related to the test modules going mad because
they use ${!LC_*} or ${!LC_@} to unset the locale variables (which no
longer works in ast-ksh.2013-02-?? ... ;-( ) ...
