the part that generates the rating is
package host rating
you can see all of the details by
package DEBUG host rating
if the DEBUG output shows a prblem let me know
the generated rating is a guess based on a small C program
you can enter your own ratings
a rating is roughly average expected mips under light load
on linux the rating is set to the bogomips
so the main thing to do is make sure the ratings of all
of the machines in your farm form a continuum that makes
sense between the machines in the farm
if the new machines are about 25% faster than some other machines
in your farm then give them a rating 25% larger
