It's not really as simple as that because lintian checks Debian packages
and not source tarballs.

You can check for those three words easily enough with grep.

Another good option is to run ispell -l over everything and pipe it into
sort|uniq. You'll get a list with a lot of false positives but you can
scan it for real spelling mistakes and then find them in the source with
grep. That'll be better than using lintian as lintian is really a tool
for checking Debian packages for many issues and a few common spelling
mistakes is just a minor part of what it does.
