"execname not specified in AUX vector: No such file or directory"
I assume this appears from exec(2) of some a.out
can you find an offending a.out and run with
LD_LIBRARY_PATH
(or whatever magic bsd uses) exported to $INSTALLROOT/lib:/usr/lib:/lib

if the kernel is incapable of implementing the feature then the
distro should be kind enough to have gcc reject the option in the first place
