our internal web server suffered a fatal disk crash
I was lax in not replicating the git setup on another machine and the
restore was from a date *before* the final tweaks that got it to work
the internal server is the steppingstone to the external server

I am the packager/web-poster and  was out last week for what
I would have called "a cold" as a child
