Not sure what the problem is but it's working fine for me with Firefox and they have their rates listed on the site:

Also they don't publish their rates. How can one give a company money
for a service without knowing how much they charge for that service?

That, by itself, isn't exactly true. None of the big boys publish their rates on website, and they are no less untrusted because of that.
Fact is, depending on what kind of services you provide, your rates are
very sensitive information. Publishing rates on the website will not allow you to raise rates for a customer that you know will pay extra for handholding, etc.

This is certainly true, especially in the wholesale market. But in that
case make personal contact with you, and rates will be discussed before
the client jumps on board.

In this case, they seem (can't tell because they only allow IE) expect
you to fork over the dough.

When a website does not work with firefox/netscape/mozilla versions less than a year old, it tells me that they are "playing ecommerce". Clowns and wannabees. Who cares what the rates are in that case? I don't expect good support from a company that thinks everyone is using the same web browser.
