Looking for at least one company to buy local DID's from that will actually
respond to tickets, calls or emails. Preferably we would like them to be
stable and around a while. Of course if it's not asking too much, call
quality would be nice.
We are open to calls coming into us via VOIP or possibly directly from the PSTN to ensure call quality.
I'd definitely recommend Teliax. They've provided me with excellent service, prompt response to support inquiries, and great call quality. They also have DIDs in more areas than most providers do.
