So then the calls will be PSTN from the caller all the way into our equipment in the US? No VOIP?
If I am correct the cost would be the base DID charge you mentioned plus $10 per month to terminate to a PSTN number.

One channel Allowed, NO per min charges.
Is the $10 fee to terminate to a number a monthly fee?
To terminate on a pstn number, which you can also do, as its a retail web site.
