First one to answer the call wins.
And the other will probably go to voicemail, or will arrive on a second
and third line for the poor guy.

Not recommended i'd say.

Try to have an account with every "good" provider, and build a
context on which your calls will try the next one if it fails.
My dialplan always include a fail-over to another provider. If "A" is
down/busy, will try "B" and so on.


You can also do Dial(ProviderA&ProviderB&ProviderC)... First one to
accept the call wins => lower PDD.
