I agree with Chris.
I use Teliax, voicepulse, sixtel, NuFone, voxee, voipjet, and sellvoip
for termination.
Then if someone has issues, I switch to another provider. I also have a
redundant dial script that goes to another provider if one can not
terminate a call.
IMO.. You should look for someone who is close to you. I think all of my
providers are ~ 30ms from me. NuFone and sixtel are 6ms. I have never
had an issue with either of them.
