I am a huge fan of SugarCRM and have had the fortunate luck of working

with step by step instructions on how to install or upgrade the package. As for Asterisk, we currently use SugarCRM at our office and have
created custom add-ons for inventory control, customer service levels, policies/
permissions and are currently screen popping client contacts from Caller ID or
