Am I the only one finding this hard to believe? If you are going to use *and* pay for ~3Million minutes per month, then why do you need this list? I can get you excellent pricing (~$0.006 to top 20) *and* quality for both TDM and VoIP at this amount of minuest per month, if you have a problem getting it, then I understand that either you are lying, or you have a tendency of not paying bills. I mean why else wont you do it on your own. If you don't have the resources to do it on your own, hire someone privatly that will set this up for you, there are plenty of consultants around here that would be happy to set you up such a thing, my self included.
