An Asterisk switch can be managed remotely and therefore a lot easier then hardware . We pay weekly or can prepay. I mean why else wont you do it on your own. If you don't have the resources to do it on your own, hire someone privatly that will set this up for you, there are plenty of consultants around here that would be happy to set you up such a thing, my self included.
