I'm sorry.. I don't understand how this is a "voicepulse" feature?  It
sounds like I still have to do all the work and write the LCR dial
plan to either use my blended provider, or use voicepulse.   How is
this any different then having a blended provider, and a non-blended,
and routing accordingly?  This isn't a "voicepulse" feature, this is
an LCR feature.... nothing special to see here, move along please.
