This is basic CRM/CTI stuff. I believe
that integration of Asterisk with CRM applications like SugarCRM already
exists, and will do things like produce a screen POP based on an ANI dip

I need small custom script developed for asterisk. Who can do this, please
email me with your price.
I just need the following.
I got a table, it stores information such as customer phone no, customer
name, address and ect.
When an agent I setup in asterisk gets a call, it must popup a window with
shows customer information, customers information is get from the CLI number
customer calls.
If a customer cli number matched a number in the database, it pops up his
information, if not gives a new screen for him to enter information.
