Who's got the cheapest (new) SIP handsets that provide *just dialtone*
(and dialing/ringing/talking/hearing)? In other words, the SIP
equivalent of $5 POTS phones. That actually work, and will survive a
normal adult user's use for at least a year or so.
And is there any equivalent cheapest IAX handset?
