When I first saw this post my first
thought was, “Humm, he must be a neophyte in business world.”
Mistakes happen all the time, and reputable
companies will fix the mistakes but you need to follow up in the proper
channels.
Instead of trying to solve the problem
with the source he let off a big scream in public. This idiotic approach
could possible cause you more harm than good.

voipsupply.......
Educational? Maybe. Vindictive? Sure seemed like
it. A Little move we used to call "Throw em under the Bus"
in front of peers and you'll get em hoppin.
A great strategy for getting a quick response. However, ill
feelings may arise in the relationship. Use this move VERY sparingly.

I found the report of shipping

little embarassing, but seeing the insides of a problematic business
transaction supporting Asterisk seemed to me ontopic for "Asterisk
Business".
