I have two FREE numbers from www.didx.net
One in the UK . That is useless to me.
One in OH Thats one is ok only if I want to pay LD Fees to test your service
I was looking to order one in Altoona PA.
And I tried to enter Toll Free DID'S to sell with no luck.
I can't say anything bad about the service at this point... I never used
the service... But think about buying and selling there... Maybe!
If the service is any good..
We will see what the list has to say about your service.

Level-3 Communications can provide this service, however be prepared
for the customary $10K - $50K monthly service minimum. Gotta pay to
play.
Then again there is DIDX, which can probably provide the DIDs you
want, but don't expect reliability or good support.
