Please explain how does above achieve fault tolerant requirements:
a/ no disruption to any services in real time
b/ no dropping of the calls at any time
c/ normal system operation in real time in a event of hardware failure

If one of the Enswitch machines crashes, any calls on that machine will
be dropped. If the caller then calls back, their call will be routed to
a surviving machine.
