I wonder what it means for us. There are some carriers that have made

I saw that. I think if Skype is asking the FCC to open up cell networks,
then the FCC should demand that Skype open up its network as well so
all of
us can automate and use it.

"Tit for tat" I guess, "turn around is fair play". I would use it but
not so much. Once WiFi is available in a mesh up and down major
highways, these cell phone operators will be hurting anyways.
