with so much Asterisk activity in China?

An international manufacturing company with facilities in China is seeking
proposals for an Asterisk based solution to their office needs.

The following is a short list of system requirements:

    * System needs to be able to support 350 handsets / devices in the
initial deployment
    * System needs to be expandable to support 500+ handsets / devices
over time
    * System needs to support either analog phone lines or digital (ISDN)
phone lines (BRI or PRI)
    * System needs IP trunk side capability, supporting at least SIP and
IAX protocols
    * Handsets must be connected to the system via TCP/IP
    * System must support analog line-side devices such as fax machines
(both for inbound and outbound)
    * System must support advanced ISDN services (DID etc…)
    * System must be able to support sending of recorded voice messages as
wav / mp3 attachments in email
    * System needs to be able to support security codes for long distance
call tracking and department charge backs
    * System must have a web based management interface allowing
administrators to perform common move/add/change operations such as setting
up new extensions, resettting voicemail password etc.

Vendors must be able to provide same-day on-site service in the Shanghai
area.

     * The number of Asterisk systems your company has deployed
     * The number of years your company has been installing and servicing
Asterisk
     * The total number of employees in your company
     * Email, phone and mailing addresses where you can be contacted
