We also are upfront with our clients and try to evaluate their needs in the faxing department so that they get the best overall solution possible. Fax + VoIP = < 100% reliability, The Sipuras are close, but they aren't 100%. If it is better for a client to leave in 1 POTS line to handle his faxes then that is a good fit for everyone. I was looking in general for a low cost 1 FXS LAN/WAN ATA and they have what looks to be a good candidate, so I wanted to know if they had a domestic outlet here or if, as usually, I have to talk to someone 13,000 miles and 12 hours away from me.
