Most settlements have a stipulation that the party settling does not 
have to admit any wrong doing so there is no legal precedence set.  In 
fact, it never makes it all the way through the legal process, so that 
point is moot other than it shows other people that said entity is 
willing to settle rather than fight.

Many companies will not just settle.  Unless are some real questions 
about the case, it can easily be dismissed. 

Anyways, just setup your website hosting in the former Soviet Union and 
don't worry about it.
