There are people doing large faxes like that on the ATA solution that Creasy recommended off our network. They have been doing it for a long time. For whatever reason, it seems that performance is also tied to the type of fax machine they’re using. If it’s an older machine, it works better. New machine: more failed or incompletes.

They have several of them per week, so not continuous, but not a one time thing either. ----- Mike Hammett Intelligent Computing Solutions HYPERLINK "http://www.ics-il.com"http://www.ics-il.com ----- Original Message ----- From: HYPERLINK "mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]"Aleks Clark To: HYPERLINK "mailto:[email protected]"Commercial and Business-Oriented Asterisk Discussion Sent: Wednesday, September 05, 2007 1:05 PM Subject: Re: [asterisk-biz] T.38 31 pages? continuously? I've used the 2102 SIP and the Clarent CPG-201 MGCP ATAs. I've used HP OfficeJet 6110 and a Brother something fax machine. Both machines have been slowed down and set into compatability modes. The Linksys never really worked at all, but the CPG still has problems every now and then. ----- Mike Hammett Intelligent Computing Solutions HYPERLINK "http://www.ics-il.com" \nhttp://www.ics-il.com ----- Original Message ----- From: HYPERLINK "mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]" \nJonathan Creasy To: HYPERLINK "mailto:[email protected]" \nCommercial and Business-Oriented Asterisk Discussion Sent: Wednesday, September 05, 2007 8:33 AM Subject: Re: [asterisk-biz] T.38 A Linksys SPA2102 (I think that's the correct model) and a regular fax machine. -Jonathan Mike Hammett wrote: Does anyone have recommendations for T.38 fax machines?
