It happened to me as well with a G729 license. Give them a call and stay on top
of them.

Hi
Is anyone aware of a fast track way of getting a transaction processed
through the Digium Webshop?
I've placed 2 orders over the last 2 days for G729 licenses and they
remain stagnant, listed as "SUBMITTED". I also emailed
[EMAIL PROTECTED] without success.
We're now delaying the deployment of systems as a result.
