We ended up repeating our orders a few times as it seemed they didn't go through - status was constantly "SUBMITTED".
On latest count we'd been billed for 190 licenses. That's more than we thought we needed at the time however they're now all installed in client machines. I've placed 2 orders over the last 2 days for G729 licenses and they remain stagnant, listed as "SUBMITTED". I also emailed [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> without success. We're now delaying the deployment of systems as a result. Thanks Craig Lawrence
