We ended up repeating our orders a few times as it seemed they didn't go
through - status was constantly "SUBMITTED".

On latest count we'd been billed for 190 licenses. That's more than we
thought we needed at the time however they're now all installed in
client machines.

Cheers

Craig Lawrence

It happened to me as well with a G729 license. Give them a call and stay
on top of them.

Disclaimer:

By staying on top I mean making sure that they get the order taken care
of. I am not making any sexual reference. Mathew is this disclaimer
enough for you or must I write further ?

Hi

Is anyone aware of a fast track way of getting a transaction processed
through the Digium Webshop?

I've placed 2 orders over the last 2 days for G729 licenses and they
remain stagnant, listed as "SUBMITTED". I also emailed
[EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> without
success.

We're now delaying the deployment of systems as a result.

Thanks

Craig Lawrence
