We have about 8 of these at one of my dealerships. They sound great and take the day to day business beating in the hands of sales people all day. The only thing I can say is randomly they loose the connection and will not register back to the Main Unit. When this happens I have everyone place the M3's on the chargers and power cycle the main unit. The phones work in our 4000 sq ft building nice.
