The m3 is great allrounder. Its got similar features to the other Snom phones - LDAP dialing, etc.
For business it's good but it can only do 3 simultaneous calls on a single base and 8 handsets. You can get repeaters for them and in my tests extend the range roughly 2km using 6 repeaters.
