Just wanted to post my updated resume, since there were some things 
misunderstood in this discussion due to incorrect wording as Steve suggested.

To Dan, I think you should give a try to DIDx even if one customer service rep 
didn't tell you about a promotion he wasn't aware of. I wasn't aware of it 
myself, but I signed up back in 2005. You are still able to sign-up for free 
and test the service by receiving 2 Free DIDs, without any commitment.

Seems a little bit harsh to discard using a company for receiving the wrong 
information and make bad publicity for it, moreover when the highest officers 
finally give you the correct information publicly. For me, is like you went to 
a pharmacy/convenient store and bought something without knowing there was a 
coupon for it in the paper. Is it the cashier's duty to tell you, or would it 
be just kind from him?
