It was two customer service reps.

What happened if I went with DIDX based on the incorrect information they gave
me, and a few weeks down the line, when my clients are happily using their
German DIDs, they get taken away because their IDs show they aren't resident in
Germany? How would that make me look to my clients?

In a world where the competition are a link away, the information you give has
to be 100% accurate. Otherwise potential customers will quickly go elsewhere. I
don't see a reason to invest time on DIDX when I've been given a number of
other companies to try out who so far havent given me incorrect information. Im
also a little worried about the way DIDX runs. I like to do my own research on
the companies I work with. I like to found out their name, look at their
accounts, check they are sound, etc.

Either way, my last post wasn't to create bad publicity for DIDX. It was simply
to point out that I am not a client of DIDX (which Suzanne Bowen previously
claimed) and to distance myself from DIDX.
