Maybe. All completely possible. My position is premised on the truth of the claims submitted by Nitzan, the most materially significant of which strikes me as being:

   "... CEO David Aldworth ... acknowledged they owe us $833
    and assured me payment will be sent."

It seems to me that if the traffic did not qualify, they wouldn't make that admission.

And yes, I am willing to assume that Nitzan isn't straight-up lying to the list. :-) Perhaps you're not.

Also, I don't think Nitzan said anywhere that TFO compensation is "a basis" for his company or even that he's "relying" on it. That doesn't mean he should just shrug and ignore it.
