This is a good question for asterisk-users.

It will be even better with the following details:

* The Zaptel card you're using
* Your country (hence we can have a better idea of the disconnect
  supervision method you'll need.
* If all else fails, use busydetect. You might need to adjust
  busypattern.
* Please avoid an ALL CAPS subject :-)
