Because (a) it's not in a web-friendly format, (b) it's searchable only
within Acrobat, (c) Google doesn' index it, (d) there is no Table of
Contents.
I think the content is great, but accessability and organization is
needed.
This is easily resolved once I get the "code" from O'Reilly and create
a page much like the subversion book.
Don't worry, it's in the works... just need to find the TIME
