That looks like a pretty wacky configuration. ami? cas with a d-channel? 
d-channel as channel 3? That doesn't look too good. Something like:

span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
bchan=1-15,17-31
dchan=16
might be a more realistic configuration.
