Well, using cvs-head from today (8:30pm cdt) on a FC3 box, and calling 
American Airlines:
- calls via teliax iax2 completed normal
- calls via diamondcard iax2 completed normal
- calls via NuFone iax2 failed ("Sorry your call did not go through...")
- calls via pstn (TDM04b) completed normal

All calls originated on a C7960 sip phone.
