The 'real' difference? What do you mean? The website is pretty clear on this topic, as are the multitude of previous threads in the mailing list archives where we've talked about this. Asterisk Business Edition is a snapshot of the development tree, with some features removed and license control added. It's been tested, documented and comes with installation and technical support.
