Is this a Jazz-inc copyright project or are you willing to just open it all
up and make it an astweb team effort ?

Like i and others have said in earlier posts would be good to join efforts,Exactly right.. The mailing lists on SF for the project are probably the best place to debate and rationalise features for this project.. Although they are brand new so there isn't much activity right now..
setup a roadmap and get a couple of php programmers working on something in
joint effort.
