Wow, I wish! :)

No, HooDaHek doesn't do 411 lookups. I've tried working on it before, but never got reliable lookups finished, so didn't get that feature included. However, HooDaHek can be very handy for making your own lookup tables.

Now that I seem to have shaved down an Anywho script to be somewhat useful, I might just have to include it inside the 'dbhandle' script to see if it can't be a secondary or tertiary lookup method for places lacking CLIDs.
