ast_parseoptions is a relatively new call introduced for a cleaner way of parsing API arguments within the code. If you're getting this you've probably got some stale modules /usr/lib/asterisk/modules. Probably best to clean out that directory, do a full make clean, make update, and then rebuild and make install.
